I thought both Julie Christie's and Daniel Day-Lewis's speeches were very well done.
That said, do you think that Viggo Mortenson and Daniel Day-Lweis get together to be weird together once a week or something? Both of those dude's are strange.
Other random thoughts:
When did James Spader get fat?
Tom Cruise looked creepily over-tanned.
The Office is certainly good, but it ain't 30 Rock, they wuz robbed.
With all of these awards, there's really no way that NBC can't pick up 30 Rock for another season, is there?
I like the thought of Viggo and Daniel getting together to trade fashion tips and be eccentric. I want to be a fly on the wall for that.
James Spader has been on the husky side for a while now.
Tom Cruise... I almost felt sorry for him so tepid was his reception.
30 Rock must get renewed. I can't imagine it not.
