Which evil villain would make the best president? Serpentor. The dude was created using extracted DNA from Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Attila the Hun, Philip II of Macedon, Alexander the Great, Ivan the Terrible, Vlad the Impaler, Genghis Khan, and Grigori Rasputin.. really, how can he be any worse than our current president? Plus, who wouldn't follow orders from a leader who flew around on an "air chariot" and ended every sentence with "This, I Command!"? Oh, and the costume.. his head looks like it's being puked up by a giant golden cobra.
