Recently I wrote a small bit about a little film called The Pirate Movie. Amazingly, Katie, one of my co-workers in Austin, remembered this fabulous mix of adventure on the high seas, romance, singing and dancing. However, my friend George who we're staying with, a writer/director and film buff, didn't even remember it! So, G., this one's for you: the best trailer ever for the best, uh, pirate musical romantic comedy.
It's 6.30 am in Manhattan Beach and both T and I are up but not awake.

LOL! i was singing along to all the songs in the clip. my favorite was always "give me a happy ending" - i was bursting with happiness as kid to that song. thanks for bringing it back! (yes i am a total dork).
